The fact of placing an order implies the unconditional acceptance of the conditions of sale and at the prices indicated on the site HOPSTOCK. Price fluctuations cannot give rise to any compensation.

Each order paid by bank transfer will only be dispatched after confirmation by our bank of the effective payment thereof.

Warranty and Dispute:
Unless otherwise agreed, the responsibility of HOPSTOCK cannot be engaged in the event of death of the plants delivered, too many factors beyond our control.

All the data that you entrust to us is used in order to be able to process your orders and will in no case be used outside our company or distributed to anyone. The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between HOPSTOCK and his client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.


The photographs and technical sheets or advice illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field. If errors, inaccuracies or omissions are introduced, in no case, the responsibility of HOPSTOCK cannot be engaged.


The prices are expressed in euros on Hopstock.fr, the prices indicated on the product sheets do not include transport costs, unless specified. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination.

The total amount indicated in the order confirmation is the final amount, expressed All Taxes Included (TTC), including VAT for France and the countries of the EEC It includes the price of the products, handling costs, packaging and storage of products, transport costs.


Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.HOPSTOCK confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the email address that he will have communicated. The sale will only be concluded upon receipt of your payment.

Any order can only be considered final after confirmation of the latter by HOPSTOCK by sending the confirmation email to the customer.

In case of dispute, HOPSTOCK reserves the right not to honor the order in the event that the customer cannot provide the confirmation email.

HOPSTOCK reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Orders can only be shipped after receipt of full payment.

Orders are prepared to the extent that stock conditions allow. In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable,HOPSTOCK may be required to replace it with an equivalent product or of greater value, or will offer the customer the option of choosing another item of equivalent value or the reimbursement of the missing item.

The information given by the buyer, when taking the order, commits him, including in the case of orders placed by telephone: in the event of an error, inaccuracy or omission in the wording of the recipient’s contact details , HOPSTOCK can not be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the order of the buyer. The amount invoiced to the customer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation sent. This amount is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Each order will only be shipped after confirmation by our bank of the effective payment thereof.

Payment is made:

A – by bank card bearing the acronym CB

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT allows you to pay via a bank server.

The customer’s bank details travel directly from their computer to their bank in an encrypted format that uses SSL technology, the most commonly used today for online payment. This information does not therefore pass through the site of HOPSTOCK.

The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail.

B – payment by check

The customer must send us by mail his check made out to the order of « S.A.S. HOPSTOCK » accompanied by the references of his order.

C – payment by bank transfer

The customer must make his transfer to the bank details indicated on our site, taking care to recall the references of his order. The customer’s order will only be considered effective when our bank has credited us. Transfer costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the case of incomplete payment, the order will not be effective and HOPSTOCK will inform the customer. The customer can then choose to complete said payment or to be reimbursed for the amount paid.

In the case of an unidentified payment,HOPSTOCKwill wait for the customer to show up. It is therefore important for payments by bank transfer or check that the order references are specified.

HOPSTOCK reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

As part of its anti-fraud policy, HOPSTOCK may be required to request proof of identity and/or address from its customers. This request will be made by email, and the customer will have a maximum period of fifteen days to show up. Beyond that, the order will be cancelled.


Delivery will be made by colissimo, GLS, or by other carriers that we choose.

A – Case of deliveries by Colissimo or GLS

In the case of delivery by Colissimo, if the customer is not at home on the day of delivery, he has fifteen days to pick it up at his post office. Beyond this period, the package is returned to HOPSTOCK and the customer will again have to pay the delivery costs for his order to be reshipped.

In the case of delivery by GLS, if the customer is not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice. The customer will then have to contact the delivery agency again to reschedule a new delivery.

In the case of deliveries by Colissimo or GLS, HOPSTOCKinforms you by e-mail of the date of dispatch of your order. A tracking link allows customers to track their package.

B – Case of deliveries by carrier other than Colissimo or GLS

In the case of deliveries by carrier, HOPSTOCK or the carrier itself contacts the recipients for the delivery.

Delivery times are given for information only, and any delays cannot give the buyer the right to claim damages. However, if these deadlines exceed those announced, the customer is required to inform HOPSTOCK in order to carry out a check with the mandated carrier.


For all items other than Plants:

The buyer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the day of delivery. He will have to announce his decision in writing (mail, email, fax). He must inform HOPSTOCKcustomer service of his desire to activate his right of withdrawal.

The buyer must return the goods to HOPSTOCK by his own means and at his expense.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the buyer, HOPSTOCKis required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge. The refund is due within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt and control of the returned goods.

For all plants and perishable items:

The buyer has a period of 7 days to withdraw from the day of delivery. He will have to announce his decision in writing (mail, email, fax).

After agreement of HOPSTOCK, the buyer must return the goods at his own expense, after ensuring that these items can travel in the same conditions as they were delivered.


This contract is subject to French law. HOPSTOCKcannot be held responsible for damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products marketed. The same applies to any modifications to the products resulting from the manufacturers.

The liability of HOPSTOCK will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have remained, despite all the precautions taken, in the presentation of the products.

In the event of a dispute, the search for an amicable solution will always be preferred.


The plants are delivered in accordance with the standards and practices applicable to production.

The seller guarantees to the buyer the supply of fair, healthy and marketable goods, and this in the state of technical knowledge during the production period.

However, it is important to remember that plants are living organisms.

Regardless of the good care of the gardener and the quality of the plants delivered, many external factors can interfere with the success of a plantation.

Consequently, the recovery of the plants and the results obtained do not depend solely on the quality of the products delivered, the seller cannot provide a guarantee of recovery, even after having offered advice and suggestions.

Successful planting commitment
All the plants offered are nursery plants. They therefore follow the natural life cycle in exactly the same conditions as in the open field. All the plants benefit from a culture ranging from several months to several years before being shipped. You therefore receive them in the best conditions for optimal recovery in your garden.

HOPSTOCKwishing however to accompany its customers in the success of their plantations, any request as to the state of a plant occurring after its plantation will be studied with our professionals to deal technically and commercially with the problem encountered.

The information of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the establishment of invoices and warranty contracts.
