Withdrawal

Did you buy on hopstock.fr as a consumer? You can withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, except for products excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 7 of the terms and conditions of sale).

After sending the form, you return the products at your own expense, within fourteen days, to HOPSTOCK, 2131 route de Merville, 59190 Hazebrouck, France. We refund you no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal, standard delivery costs included, using the payment method used for the order; we may wait until we have received the products or proof that they have been sent.
